Honestly, I would advise a friend to think twice
After using the service over a few weeks, I have to say it just didn’t function as expected day to day. The sales pitch sounded promising, the initial setup seemed fine, but once I started the daily use, several issues cropped up that became frustrating quickly. The database feature was clunky and often took way longer to load than it should, killing my productivity. The calling tools and dialer also had frequent glitches where calls would drop or fail to connect despite good network conditions. While the automatic updates occasionally fixed some bugs, they sometimes introduced new glitches or slowed down the system further. On top of that, the telephonic support, though polite, was slow to assist and lacked satisfactory solutions. It felt like the fixes never completely resolved my problems. Considering the price and effort, I wouldn’t recommend it lightly, and I’d tell a friend to carefully weigh these issues before committing. What might work for others didn’t for me, and the ongoing technical troubles ultimately outweighed the benefits I’d hoped for.
