Better suited for independent users than those needing frequent help
When I first signed up for WFHI's software and training, I was looking for a solution that would empower me to manage my remote workflows independently. I found the onboarding flow quite straightforward, and the sign-up process was smooth without any hiccups. Their calling tools, especially the dialer, integrated well with my daily tasks, and I appreciated how the automatic updates kept everything current without disrupting my workflow. However, I have a minor reservation: while telephonic support is available, I anticipate that I might need to reach out again next time I attempt a new setup phase, particularly because some features aren't entirely intuitive at first glance. Overall, I think WFHI's offering would suit individuals comfortable with some self-paced learning and those who do not require constant hands-on assistance. It might be less ideal for users who expect continuous personal guidance right from the start. Nonetheless, I remain positive about the service and likely to use their tools for ongoing remote work management.
