Labels were mostly clear but missed some explanation
I appreciated that the wording and labels within the WFHI software were generally very intuitive, which made navigating the various menus and features fairly straightforward without needing to dip back into the training material frequently. The terms used for the calling tools and the database entries aligned closely with what I was expecting from a remote workflow platform, so I felt comfortable quickly adapting my routine within it. However, I found some labels a bit vague, especially around the invoicing and payment features—there could be clearer descriptions or tooltips explaining certain steps. The sign-up and onboarding flows were well structured; I had no issues there. Automatic updates kept the software optimized without interrupting my work, which I liked. Telephonic support communicated clearly and patiently, which also helped when I stumbled across less obvious features. All in all, while the clarity was mostly on point and the user experience positive, the few missing explanations on some labels could be something WFHI might consider addressing to help first-time users get up to speed even faster.
