The initial training and onboarding looked promising, but as days went by, I noticed that the daily usage was a bit frustrating. While the tutorials covered the basics, the workflow felt inconsistent especially when using the calling tools. Sometimes, the dialer froze or lost connection mid-call which slowed down productivity. Also, the database integration didn’t always sync properly with the software, leading to data discrepancies that I had to manually fix. The onboarding sessions took quite some time, and I often had to revisit older material just to remember steps that weren’t sticking. On the positive side, the training platform itself was accessible and the technical support responded when contacted. However, the day-to-day delays and software glitches meant that even after the initial onboarding period, I wasn’t fully confident it was meeting my requirements. It helped with basic remote workflows but for my more complex needs, it was a bit of an uphill task to get consistent results. I’d say the actual effectiveness in daily operations didn’t really match the initial training promise or expectations I had going in.
