Maybe useful for beginners, but confusing if you like clear labels
I started the onboarding process expecting things to be straightforward, but honestly the wording and labels just didn't make much sense to me. The training seemed designed without considering users who prefer intuitive terms. It felt like I had to guess what some buttons and options meant rather than learning gradually. Maybe this setup could suit someone with a technical background, but for me it was really frustrating trying to figure out what was required at each step. I wanted to get started quickly but kept second-guessing if I was clicking the right things. I’m still unsure if the tool is right for me or if I’ll give another platform a try.
