So I started the training and onboarding with some nerves, not really sure if I'd get the hang of the whole remote workflow software thing quickly. But honestly, the way it unfolded felt pretty smooth. The videos and instructions were clear enough that I could follow along without constantly pausing or rewinding. By the end, I felt confident enough not just about the software features but about setting up my own workflow too. I kept thinking about how weird it was that something seeming so complex felt easier than expected. And even though I had a few questions, the priority assistance hotline was super helpful, which totally eased my mind. They explained things patiently and practically, so I didn’t feel rushed or confused. The database integration and the dialer setup, both clicked almost naturally after a while, and updates happened in the background, so I didn't have to worry about anything breaking unexpectedly. It’s funny how I kept circling back to my initial nervousness, then realizing, hey, I actually knew what I was doing! Overall, it felt encouraging and doable and honestly, kind of fun to learn.
