A balanced onboarding experience
I recently started using the WFHI training and onboarding process, and it was quite a mixed bag compared to what I've used before. The initial setup was quite intuitive, and I appreciated how the training modules were laid out in a logical sequence. The software handled the early stages smoothly, especially the database feature that fits quite well into my workflow, which made me hopeful. That said, some aspects were frustrating. A couple of steps in the onboarding took longer than expected due to unclear instructions, and the calling tools occasionally felt less responsive. Automatic updates were beneficial but did cause some minor hiccups in the dialer functionality for a day or two. While telephonic support was generally helpful, there were moments when waiting times were longer than I anticipated, making it tough to get immediate assistance. Overall, I found the sign-up and invoicing processes straightforward and well-organized, which I value. Considering both the positives and the downsides, I would say the whole experience felt like stepping onto familiar ground but with occasional unexpected rough patches. If they iron out the initial kinks, this could be a great platform to rely on for remote workflows.
