Good for self-starters but not for those needing handholding
Based on my training and onboarding with WFHI's software, I'd say it suits people who can figure out a lot by themselves and learn on the go. The initial setup instructions were only partially clear, so I had to experiment and troubleshoot some steps without much direct guidance. However, once I got past those initial hurdles, the rest of the onboarding flowed smoother. The training materials covered basics well, but if you're expecting step-by-step handholding throughout, this probably isn’t the best fit. Automatic updates were handled nicely without interrupting my workflow, which I appreciated. Calls through the dialer worked reliably throughout the week, but database management required a bit of self-teaching as well. So overall, it's a mixed bag: good for independent learners but less suitable if you want everything spelled out at every stage. That said, the telephonic support was available when really needed, which helped to some extent.
