Too much guesswork, wouldn’t start over again
The training and onboarding with WFHI was frustrating because I had to figure out a lot myself. The guidance wasn’t as structured as I expected, so I ended up spending hours trying to understand how to set up the database and dialer alone. The few training materials provided weren’t very comprehensive and left me with more questions than answers. I also found the telephonic support unhelpful at times, which made learning the system even harder. It felt like I was expected to already know how to work with similar tools, but I’m new to this. Because of this steep and largely unsupported learning curve, I wouldn’t choose to go through the onboarding process again. It was too time-consuming and stressful, and I had to do too much trial and error to get anything working. For me, a more guided, step-by-step training program would have made all the difference. In the current state, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who needs assistance from the start.
