Easy navigation but database stood out
Throughout the WFHI onboarding and training process, I found it straightforward to locate all the resources I needed. The software interface is fairly intuitive; accessing the calling tools and dialer was easy from the dashboard. The automatic updates came through without disrupting my workflow, which I appreciated. Among the features, the database was particularly impressive: it integrates well with my existing setup and made managing contacts and call records simpler than I expected from prior experience. The training sessions pointed me directly to the database tutorials, which helped reinforce its usefulness. The step-by-step guidance was clear, and I didn't waste time searching for essential information. Telephonic support was available when I had minor questions, and they responded in a timely manner. While most things were easy to find, a minor flaw was that some advanced features of the dialer could have used better labeling within the software to enhance discoverability. Overall, the onboarding was effective, with the database functionality standing out as a highlight of the suite.
