Unexpected pauses during training sessions
Starting the onboarding and training process with WFHI, I was initially optimistic. The introductory materials presented step-by-step instructions clearly, which helped me get started without waiting for assistance. However, as I progressed, I noticed several points where the content was somewhat repetitive, and I found myself reviewing similar concepts more than once, which slowed down my throughput. Additionally, during live sessions, there were moments when waiting periods stretched longer than expected, leaving gaps that disrupted the learning momentum. Despite these pauses, the trainers were responsive and addressed questions thoroughly when active, which was reassuring. The balance between prerecorded material and live instruction offered flexibility, even if the pacing felt uneven at times. All in all, the training and onboarding experience included valuable insights, but unexpected delays and repetition tempered my enthusiasm. This mix of efficient segments and slower intervals surprised me more than I anticipated, making the overall impression a mixed one that left me cautiously optimistic about my ongoing development with the platform.
