Disappointed After Trying to Figure It Out Alone
The training and onboarding felt really lacking because I had to figure out a lot on my own. The initial setup instructions were too brief and didn’t cover how to properly use the calling tools or the database integration clearly. This meant I spent most of the time guessing how the dialer and database should be configured to fit my remote workflow. Although the software seemed promising, the lack of detailed steps in training made it hard to fully utilize its features right away. The onboarding flow was supposed to be a step-by-step guide but it felt incomplete, so I ended up wasting time that could have been saved with better guidance. I will say the automatic updates seemed to run fine without manual intervention, which was one positive. However, the sign-up and payment process was a bit confusing because invoicing details weren’t fully explained in advance. Overall, the experience left me frustrated as I expected more thorough training to avoid struggling so much alone. It did the basic job but I wouldn’t describe it as a smooth or easy start for me. I think if they improved onboarding content it might get better for beginners.
