I’d definitely do the training again
The training and onboarding process fit nicely with the hours I actually work, which was a relief. Since I often have a few hours free in the morning and late evenings, being able to access the training modules asynchronously made things easier. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed, and the pacing adapted to how much time I realistically had. The videos were clear and to the point, not too long, so I could complete batches quickly when I had the time. I appreciated that the trainers seemed sensitive to the fact that many of us juggle other responsibilities. Because of this, I found myself motivated to keep going without losing interest, and the onboarding felt personalized rather than generic. If I needed to refresh a concept later, I could go back without hassle. All in all, this experience worked well with my schedule and I would definitely do the training again, especially knowing it fits so well without asking me to be online at inconvenient times.
