I expected the onboarding to be mostly one-off setup, with some ongoing tweaks. In reality, WFHI’s training made sure I understood the dashboard well early on, so I felt prepared from day one. While most of the setup was indeed one-time, I found myself appreciating the ongoing support calls and updates which helped me refine my workflow gradually. It suits someone who wants a solid foundation but isn’t daunted by ongoing learning. For those expecting a completely hands-off system after initial training, it might not be ideal. I was surprised pleasantly how the balance between initial setup and continuous improvements fit my style. The training felt friendly and paced reasonably, not rushed or overwhelming. Overall, it’s great for users who want confidence from the start and don’t mind occasional follow-ups to optimize their use.
