Missing clearer step guidance in sales process
The sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI left me somewhat underwhelmed mainly because of the lack of clear steps guiding me through the process. While I appreciate that the necessary information was available, it wasn’t presented in a sensible or logical sequence that would naturally lead me through signing up, paying, and understanding what the training would entail. For example, I expected an overview of the software features first, followed by a detailed breakdown of invoicing and payment options, but instead, these parts felt jumbled or sparsely explained. This made it harder to build confidence in moving forward with the product. On the positive side, the billing process once initiated was straightforward and transparent, which I can recognize as a good aspect. However, the missing element was the structured guidance during the initial phases that would help a user make an informed decision efficiently. It felt like I had to piece things together from different sources rather than having a cohesive roadmap. I believe improving the order and clarity of the sales steps could significantly enhance the overall first impression and user experience, making it less daunting and more inviting for prospective customers.
