I took a look at the sales info and started the signup process but it felt a bit confusing at times. The invoices were clear but the multiple steps stretching out over several days made me wonder if I'd want to go through it all again. While the software has some nice features, the pre-purchase support wasn’t very proactive so I ended up figuring a lot by myself. I don’t think I’ll avoid the platform completely though, maybe in future if I have more clear needs I will try once more. But honestly, next time I’d want more help and quicker answers before fully committing to it all again.
