won't go through the onboarding again because labelling was confusing
I found the training and onboarding process quite frustrating because the wording and labels used throughout did not make much sense to me. Many of the buttons and menu titles were ambiguous, and it was unclear what each step was supposed to accomplish. During the onboarding, I kept having to guess which options to select, which slowed down the entire process considerably. The lack of clear, intuitive cues meant that I was often unsure whether I had completed stages correctly or missed something important. Even the training materials used terminology that seemed technical without enough explanation, which did not help in clarifying things. Given this experience, I do not think I would want to go through the onboarding phase again. It felt like a waste of time and did not set me up properly for smooth usage of the software. The lack of clarity made me doubt that the features themselves would be easy to navigate moving forward, and the whole experience left me quite dissatisfied. I would need a completely different approach to make me willing to use the product again.
