Onboarding clarity was quite different from my expectations
Compared to other platforms I’ve tried, I was surprised at how the training sessions seemed a bit disorganized and scattered. I expected step-by-step guides to clarify each function, but the explanations often felt rushed or overly broad. Sometimes, I had to rewind or replay sections multiple times just to understand basic workflow setups, which slowed down my progress. On the plus side, when I contacted support for additional help, their telephonic guidance was quite helpful though. Still, the initial onboarding left me wishing for a more structured and clearer approach. It didn’t meet my assumptions of straightforwardness.
