Before purchasing access to the WFHI software, I spent time reviewing the product information and descriptions on their site. I appreciated that the sign-up and payment process was straightforward and transparent once I got going. However, some of the wording around the database feature and calling tools was initially confusing. For example, the labels for certain functions like 'priority assistance' and 'automatic update settings' didn’t immediately convey what to expect, which left me uncertain during onboarding. On the other hand, the training material clarified much of this once I started the sessions. While the invoicing system was quite clear in presenting what I was paying for, the pre-purchase explanations could benefit from simpler language or more examples. In the end, even with some early confusion, I got the software operating effectively and found that the support team helped me understand better. Therefore, despite the imperfect clarity in wording before purchase, the actual outcome was positive and usable. The experience taught me to ask more questions upfront to avoid ambiguity, but the platform itself has been helpful in my daily remote workflow.
