Sales process was okay but i figured most stuff myself
To be honest, the sales and pre-purchase experience was neither here nor there from my point of view. The website provided some basic info, but I mostly had to work out what was included in the packages on my own. The demos were okay but didn’t get into much depth about the software’s finer points or how training was structured. The invoicing details were clear enough once I signed up, but before that, I wished for a bit more hands-on explanation about what I was actually getting. Support was reachable but not very proactive in guiding me through these early steps. I guess I liked that the sign-up was straightforward and the payment flow was easy to understand, but the rest felt a bit like self-service. The part that stuck with me was the lack of a clear pre-purchase roadmap, which made it a little daunting at first. However, once I started using the software and training, things fell into place better. Overall, not a bad process, just more effort on my side than I expected to really get the hang of what was being offered and to feel fully confident about it.
