Support verdict: mostly self-directed, with decent backup
I’d say the overall support experience required me to work out quite a bit on my own. The training resources and onboarding steps were clear enough, but when I faced specific issues during day-to-day use of the calling tools and managing the database, I mostly relied on documentation and trial. The telephonic support was available and responsive when contacted, handling invoicing questions and software update queries adequately. Priority assistance was helpful on occasion but was not always immediately accessible, which meant some waiting. Despite this, the software itself was designed well enough to minimize frequent need for support. I ended up feeling mostly self-sufficient but appreciated that backup was there when truly necessary. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, which helped reduce initial confusion. So overall, support worked fine within a mostly independent workflow environment.
