a bit like riding a bike with a wobbly wheel
So, I tried using the wfhi software and their support when things went sideways. Honestly, it was a mixed bag. The onboarding sequence was pretty straightforward at first, and I really liked how the database synced up with my existing contacts without too much fuss. But when I hit a snag with the dialer, the support process started feeling more frustrating. Phone calls to the help desk were sometimes lost or delayed, and emails sometimes bounced back, which made it tricky to quickly resolve issues. That being said, when I did finally connect with someone, they generally understood the problem and offered workable solutions, though it sometimes took multiple contacts to get things settled. The invoicing system worked fine, and the payment steps were arranged logically, so no trouble there. On the plus side, automatic updates kept the system reliable through the week I tested, which was reassuring. Overall, the whole thing felt a bit like riding a bike with a wobbly wheel: mostly okay and usable but with a couple of rocky spots that could use improvement.
