Support might suit beginners rather than pros
I found using the WFHI support system a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, when I contacted telephonic support, the representatives were polite and took the time to help me work through my issue with the software updates. Their explanations were clear, which was reassuring for someone like me who prefers direct communication. However, I did find that I ended up having to figure out quite a bit on my own, especially in terms of navigating some of the database features which weren't fully covered in the training. While the onboarding flow was decent, the way some features behaved after installation surprised me and I wasn't sure if it was an update fault or user error. Because of this, I feel that people who are new to such software but who have patience might find the support helpful, especially for basic setups. Yet, if someone needs real-time advanced troubleshooting or faster responses, they might find it less satisfactory. I might reach out for help again but I would also try to explore options independently before calling support. Training was okay but could benefit from more real examples to avoid confusion later. Payment and sign-up were straightforward so no issues there. Overall, I think it suits those willing to learn gradually, but not those seeking instant resolutions.
