Expected a smooth access curve but found some surprises
I thought once I signed up, getting into the software would just be straightforward like many other services I used before. Initially, I expected the access to be seamless with little need for further help. The early experience partially matched that expectation because the sign-up and first login went fine, though not as instantly as assumed. I got prompted for additional verification steps which took me by surprise, making me wonder if I'd need ongoing assistance. Surprisingly, the dialer tool and database features worked well without intervention, which was reassuring compared to past software where early usage was glitchy. Over the week, I observed that I might not need continuous support but will likely require a bit of help with updates and new features. Compared to what I imagined the process to be, there was a higher learning curve at the start, but regular tasks got easier quickly. This mix of unexpected onboarding hurdles and smoother day-to-day access was an interesting balance in how the platform performed.
