Automatic updates handled disruption badly once
While generally the software access was smooth, there was one instance when an automatic update interrupted my work and caused a temporary loss of connectivity. I had been in the middle of setting up the call dialer and referencing the database feature when the update kicked in without a warning. This caused some lost data entries and a frustrating reset of progress that I was carefully tracking. I did contact telephonic support immediately, and while they were professional, the issue took longer to resolve than I had expected. The lack of a clear alert about updates meant I couldn’t prepare or save my work in advance, which was disappointing. Aside from that incident, everything else about the software access has been consistent, including a mostly seamless invoicing and payment process, and easy sign-up. Their prioritised assistance helped me move past the problem, but I chose to note this because in a live remote workflow, surprises like unannounced updates can impact real-time operations significantly.
