Training’s mostly good, but hours don’t quite match
So I’d tell a friend that the WFHI training covers all the essentials, especially about setting up the dialer and managing the database, but the scheduled training hours didn’t always fit well with my actual work timings. Sometimes, sessions started during my busy hours, which made it hard to give my full attention. The recorded materials helped a bit, allowing me to catch up later on automatic updates and invoicing processes. On the plus side, signing up and going through onboarding was clear and straightforward, and telephonic support was available for the trickier bits. Overall, I think it’s a decent training setup, but I’d wish the timing was a bit more flexible to perfectly sync with the remote work rhythms most people have. Still, it gave me a solid idea of how to use the software properly and manage payments and updates effectively.
