Onboarding steps made sense with only one small hiccup
The training and onboarding flow was mostly well sequenced, guiding me logically from software access to setting up the calling tools and then working with the database. I appreciated how each step introduced just enough info to move forward without overwhelming me all at once. The small reservation I had was that there was one module where the material felt a bit out of sync with the earlier parts, so I had to revisit some content to clarify things. Still, overall it was a positive journey and helped me get a good grip on the workflow fairly quickly without feeling lost or rushed.
