Comparing WFHI with others shows both strengths and gaps
Having used similar remote workflow software before, I found WFHI offered a more structured approach to onboarding and training with clearer guidance on using the dialer and managing the workflow database. The software itself was relatively intuitive compared to others and included automatic updates that improved functionality over time. However, the support availability was more limited than I had hoped, which affected timely assistance during daytime working hours. The billing and payment steps were sensible but less detailed than other platforms I have encountered in the past. While the training was adequate, it sometimes lacked depth on advanced features. Overall, WFHI provides a solid foundation for remote work management, but compared to other products I have tried, there were noticeable areas where the service could expand its support offerings and training comprehensiveness to better serve its users.
