Onboarding was a mixed bag but it felt organized overall
The onboarding and training steps seemed arranged with some logic, although not without minor hitches. Initially, the sign-up process was straightforward and getting access to the software happened without major problems. However, some features like the dialer required several attempts before I was comfortable using them due to limited initial guidance. The database interface made sense overall but sorting through its elements took a bit longer than expected. Despite these challenges, the automatic updates worked smoothly and brought timely improvements without causing disruptions. Support was available when I reached out, though the wait times varied which was slightly inconvenient. Even with a couple of rough patches, the overall flow of training and onboarding didn’t feel chaotic or disorganized. On balance, the approach made sense and helped me get started steadily, though a bit more proactive help early on would have been useful. So I ended up feeling it was acceptable and well-structured, just with space for slight enhancement in ease of comprehension.
