Onboarding took too much guesswork on my part
I was hoping the WFHI training and onboarding would give me a clear roadmap to get started, but it turned out I had to figure out many aspects myself. While there were some basic instructions about using the calling tools and dialer, a lot of the workflow integrations and database settings were not thoroughly covered. This meant I spent a decent amount of time experimenting and searching through forums or third-party resources to fill in the blanks. The automatic updates feature sounds good in theory but I wasn’t sure how it affected data synchronization until I noticed some discrepancies. The telephonic support was available but sometimes responses were delayed or did not fully address my specific setup issues. Also, the invoicing and payment processes were straightforward, but the initial sign-up information lacked detail about timing and plan options. Overall, the onboarding required more effort than I anticipated, and I feel the process needs more comprehensive guidance to avoid leaving users like me having to work quite hard to get properly set up.
