Training fit to work hours: expectations vs reality

I had read about the training schedules and expected them to fit neatly into my working hours so I could learn without affecting my regular tasks. Initially, the onboarding sessions seemed well-timed, but I found some of the live tutorials overlap with my usual peak hours, causing a slight inconvenience. The recorded modules were useful because they gave flexibility, letting me catch up at my own pace. However, the phone-based support calls sometimes required waiting, which hampered the flow a bit. What really helped was the detailed walkthrough of the software database features during training, although integrating them took some trial and error on my part. Overall, the training fit moderately well into my available time slots, balancing live interaction and self-paced learning. It’s not perfect, but the design shows an effort to accommodate users such as me.
