Balanced view on training versus my expectations
Before starting with WFHI, I had certain expectations about how the training and onboarding would proceed based on their descriptions. In practice, the initial onboarding gave me a basic understanding of the software, particularly the dialer and how to manage contacts in the database. This part matched what I had hoped to learn. However, as the training progressed, I found some gaps in the explanations, especially when it came to troubleshooting or deeper integration of workflows. I found myself needing to explore parts of the software independently to fill in holes where guidance wasn’t sufficient. That wasn’t ideal because I expected a more comprehensive hand-holding from the start. On the good side, the sign-up and payment process was straightforward, and the software’s automatic updates seemed to work fine, which I appreciated. Telephonic support was available but not always as detailed or proactive as I might have required for smoother adaptation. So while the overall training provided a foundation, there was a mismatch between the depth of instruction I anticipated and what was actually delivered. I’m left with an impression that the offering has material benefits but could be improved in terms of ongoing instructional support, balancing the strong and weak points evenly.
