That Moment When Things Finally Clicked—Or Didn’t
I remember when I first started training with the WFHI software, it felt like wading through mud. It took a frustratingly long time just to get the basic setup done. The onboarding flow was patchy, and I distinctly recall sitting at my desk, feeling that ‘this might not be for me’ moment because the instructions were unclear and the dialer tools seemed overly complicated. Then, after hours of fumbling, one afternoon something finally clicked—I figured out how the database and calling tools linked together. That clarity made the rest of the experience somewhat manageable. However, even after that breakthrough, daily use wasn’t entirely smooth; automatic updates occasionally broke usual workflows, and telephonic support took longer than expected to respond. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, so at least that part was fine. All in all, it felt a bit tedious to get going, but with patience, some aspects worked out. I had hoped the early stages would be less of a struggle, though.
