Frustrated by training hours not matching my routine
The training sessions often clashed with the hours I actually work, making it tough to keep up consistently. Most materials seemed scheduled without considering different time zones or varying daily schedules. This mismatch affected my ability to engage fully and slowed my onboarding progress. Although the content was decent, the timing really undermined its usefulness. There was very little flexibility in accessing recorded sessions or alternative slots, which would have helped accommodate my work pattern better. Overall, it felt like the setup wasn’t designed for real-world working hours, which diminished its value for me.
