Daily use took some getting used to
Using the software daily was a mixed bag for me. In a positive sense, the calling tools and dialer were consistently dependable once I got past the initial learning curve, helping me maintain my workflow with minimal disruption. On the other hand, some parts of the database interface felt less intuitive, requiring extra clicks or waiting time that sometimes slowed down my tasks. Automatic updates rolled out seamlessly for the most part, though once in a while, a change affected how a feature worked, and I had to reorient myself. Onboarding and training provided a decent foundation, but it was the ongoing adjustment during routine use that demanded more effort than I had anticipated. Sign-up and invoicing were fine, but support wasn’t something I needed often after setup. So, while the software eventually fit into my day-to-day routine, it took some patience to smooth out the rough edges.
