How long it really took to get fully set up

At first, I was hopeful about how quickly I could start using the WFHI software after signing up, but the reality was a bit different. The initial onboarding took a decent amount of time, partly because I had to repeat some steps with the dialer setup and ensure the database was correctly aligned with my workflows. The software itself is intuitive, but waiting on some automatic updates and syncing processes did test my patience, especially when I wanted to start calling right away. Telephonic support was on hand to help when I got stuck, though I occasionally felt like I was waiting longer than I'd hoped to resolve minor issues. Despite these delays, the training material was very helpful, cutting down on the potential confusion. So while I did get a solid understanding by the end, the setup phase dragged longer than I initially estimated. It worked out fine overall, but I’d keep in mind that starting from zero to fully operational might take extra time and patience.
