Onboarding felt fairly smooth, just a tad out of order
I was initially concerned the training steps might feel forced or scattered, but overall, the onboarding process was quite sensible. At first, I expected to start directly with the software usage tutorials and about the database feature, but it turns out the sequence began with general remote workflow principles. While that provided good context, I wished for a bit more quick access to the dialer and calling tools aspects, since those were where I’d spend most of my time. The automatic updates were well explained during the training, so I wasn’t caught off guard. The invoicing and payment parts worked smoothly as promised, and telephonic support was available when I needed clarifications. Compared to my expectations, the whole experience felt quite organized, if not perfectly linear. It gave me confidence in using the platform, even if a slightly reordered sequence might have been more efficient for me.
