Before purchasing, I expected the setup to be somewhat time-consuming but mostly a one-off investment of effort so I could move on to productive work. In reality, setting up WFHI’s software and training took a bit more time upfront than I had hoped, due to the detailed database configuration and the learning curve of the dialer tools. However, once past the initial stages, daily operation became quite straightforward and ongoing maintenance was minimal. The software pushed automatic updates that mostly improved experience with no interruptions, which exceeded my expectations. Payment and invoicing were transparent and easy, which simplified dealing with ongoing subscription fees. Though I had to spend extra time learning the system during onboarding, the telephonic support helped clarify some persistent questions early on and reduced delays. The setup was indeed more time-intensive than anticipated, but since most of that effort wasn’t repeated, the occasional minor adjustments felt reasonable. Overall, while not as quick to start as I initially thought, the blend of mostly one-time setup plus smooth ongoing use left me positively inclined towards WFHI compared to other alternatives I'd researched.
