Sales team ka responsiveness kuch missing tha

Main software aur onboarding ke baare mein detail chahiye thi, lekin timely answers nahi mile toh frustration badha. Jab unke saath communication ho raha tha, toh aisa lagta tha ki wo interested nahi hain meri specific queries mein, aur general information dena hi unka maksad tha. Invoicing aur payment process tak kaafi simple tha, par sales se pehle jitna smooth interaction chahiye hota, woh nahi mila. Training ka experience soch rahi thi ki better hoga par support bhi utna achha nahi laga.
