Training repetition helped me grasp complex parts
My experience with WFHI’s onboarding and training involved a fair amount of repetition and waiting, which actually turned out to be helpful. Initially, the sessions seemed slow and somewhat fragmented because I kept revisiting certain modules to fully understand how the dialer and the database feature interconnected. The trainers did not rush the process, which allowed me to revisit topics multiple times and ask questions at my own pace. Waiting between sessions was sometimes longer than preferred, but this downtime enabled me to explore the software independently and apply what I had learned. When automatic updates were introduced, the trainers took extra time to explain the new features again, reinforcing the concepts. Although some repetition could feel tedious, it was instrumental for me in fully comprehending the workflow and resolving doubts during telephonic support calls. Overall, the approach was deliberate and paced, and I think the repetition significantly contributed to my proficiency with the software.
