When the onboarding process never quite clicked
I initially hoped the onboarding training would quickly become intuitive as days passed, but honestly, it never did. The first week was a mix of frustration and small wins. One positive aspect was how the software's dialer integrated neatly into my daily routine, making calls fairly straightforward once I adjusted. However, the step-by-step flow of the training didn’t build steadily; rather, it often left me confused about next stages or how to fully leverage the database features. Regular updates changed some functions without clear explanation, sometimes causing more hassle than improvement. What did help somewhat was the telephonic support team who answered my repeated questions with patience, although I felt waiting times could be shorter on busy days. The invoicing and payment process was reasonably smooth, which was a welcome relief amidst the other complications. Over time, I found a rhythm to the calling tools but didn't feel fully confident in the broader system for smooth operation. So, while there was a brief moment I thought the training might click, it just didn't sustain momentum beyond the first few days.
