Comparing the support availability with my actual work hours, I found some noticeable differences that impacted the experience. I had initially assumed that telephonic support and priority assistance would be accessible throughout my typical working day, fitting evenly into my schedule. However, I found that the available support shifted more towards traditional office hours, meaning that outside those times, getting timely help became challenging. While the help itself was usually useful when it arrived, having to wait longer during off-peak hours reduced the overall efficiency. Sometimes I could get quick responses, but other times it felt like the communication was lagging behind what I’d expected from the onboarding details. The automatic updates and calling tools generally functioned fine regardless of the time, which helped mitigate some frustration. Sign-up and invoicing were smooth, but the support availability remains the sticking point. So reflecting back, the support timing didn’t fit as well as I’d thought it would, and sometimes the hours mismatch led to delays.
