Setup effort was quite straightforward but had its moments
When I first signed up, the onboarding process required a decent bit of initial input—mostly one-off setups like integrating the database and configuring the dialer. That took a couple of days of dedicated focus to get everything aligned properly. After that, the ongoing parts felt much lighter; daily training sessions helped me get comfortable with updating workflows and using the calling tools without hiccups. I appreciated that the automatic updates seldom disrupted my routine, so once the major setup was out of the way, I was mostly running on autopilot. The telephonic support during onboarding was responsive, answering questions without much wait. Invoice and payment parts were clearly documented, making them easy to follow and not time-consuming. Overall, the heavy lifting was front-loaded, after which it felt more manageable. I was glad for that because it meant I could focus more on using the software than constantly fixing the setup. The training was paced well, allowing me to absorb new features gradually, which suited my workflow perfectly.
