Training was mostly figuring it all out myself, honestly
Hey! Just wanted to share my thoughts on the WFHI training and onboarding. Honestly, when I started using it, I was kinda expecting a lot more hand-holding. The initial sign-up and invoicing went smoothly enough, but the rest was a bit of a scramble. Most of the time, I found myself trying to figure out the calling tools and how to handle the database without much guidance. There was some training content, sure, but it left me scratching my head more than once. The dialer setup especially was a puzzle. I barely got any live help on the phone, mostly emails that took time to get a response. The automatic updates were nice because they kept the software fresh, but they didn’t explain new changes well. Honestly, the one part that stood out (and not in a good way) was how much I had to work stuff out by myself. If you’re someone who prefers detailed, step-by-step training, you might be frustrated. But for people comfortable with trial and error, it could be alright.
