Surprised how well the training hours aligned with my actual work schedule
Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI's training and onboarding, I was actually quite surprised by how the session timings fitted so well with the hours I typically work from home. Initially, I had assumed that training sessions would be strictly during conventional office hours, which wouldn't always have suited my daily routine. However, the onboarding flow was flexible enough to accommodate different time zones and work patterns, making it easier to follow without stress. The material itself was comprehensive, but what really stood out was how the training modules were broken down into manageable chunks that didn’t feel overwhelming, even after long days at my desk. I also appreciated the periodic check-ins via telephonic support which helped clarify any doubts promptly. A minor downside, though, was that some of the automated updates during the training phase caused occasional brief interruptions in accessing the software, which slightly disrupted the flow. Overall, this training and onboarding scheme respected my work hours far better than I'd anticipated, which made continuing the program less of a challenge than I originally thought it might be.
