Support surprised me in ways I didn't expect
I’ve used a few different support systems before, and I usually brace myself for long waits or scripted answers. But in this case, I noticed the telephonic support was both prompt and conversational. It surprised me that when I called to clarify a dialer issue, the staff listened patiently and didn’t just push me towards generic troubleshooting pages. The updates being automatic also meant I didn’t have to worry about manual patches, which was a relief compared to some other products I’ve used. However, I did find the priority assistance somewhat uneven; some calls got faster attention than others, leaving me a bit uncertain at times. Still, the overall communication felt more personal and less transactional than I anticipated. It’s like the support is genuinely trying to understand rather than just ticking boxes. This made a noticeable difference in my experience, even if some minor gaps showed up here and there. I’m left thinking that while the system isn’t perfect, the human side of support is definitely an improvement over what I’m used to.
