Support team se baat karne mein mixed experience raha mera. Kuch baar queries ke jawab bahut jaldi mile, aur mujhe lagta tha ki ye log meri madad kar rahe hain. Lekin dusri taraf, kabhi kabhi main on-call unka wait kar raha tha kaafi der tak, aur jab finally kisi ne uthaya toh wo poori baat nahi samajh paaye. Phone pe communication clear tha, magar unka response consistency mein issue tha. Agar aapko quick aur bar bar instant support chahiye, toh shayad yeh support system aapke liye nahi hoga. Lekin agar aap thoda wait kar sakte ho, aur samajh sakte ho ki thoda patience lag sakta hai, toh fir yeh system kaam kar sakta hai. Mujhe laga ki overall response thodi uneven rahi, kisi din better thi, kisi din worse.
