Would tell a friend it’s good, but a bit slow in places

I’m still working through the onboarding process and so far, the training has been thorough but there's quite a bit of repetition in some modules. It felt like I was stuck going over the same basics more than once, which made progress a bit slow. I also found myself waiting a bit during the live support calls, which was frustrating when I was eager to move ahead. Still, the core ideas behind the workflow management and database integration are clear, so I guess it's a trade-off between depth and speed. I’m not sure if it’s just me or if this is part of the setup for everyone, but it’s definitely something I'd mention if a friend asked.

    better onboarding than i expected

I wasn’t expecting much when I first signed up, just hoping the basics would work smoothly. But from the get-go, the training was straightforward and the onboarding process had some real helpful pointers. The software itself was simple to navigate, and when I had questions about the dialer or using the database efficiently, the team answering my calls was quick to respond and clear with their explanations. The updates were applied automatically, so I never had to worry about the software lagging behind. Signing up and payment invoicing went without any hiccups, which was a relief. Overall, the responsiveness of the people behind the software made the whole process better than I thought it would be, and honestly, I feel prepared to keep using it going forward without major issues.

Day-to-day use wasted too much time

The training and onboarding from WFHI started out okay, but it didn’t really get better with day-to-day use. I felt like every session took longer than it should have because the software wasn’t quite reliable. Issues which didn’t appear right away began showing up regularly, making the entire workflow painful. The dialer and database features seemed promising initially but then felt clunky and erratic after the first few days. Automatic updates sometimes changed how things worked without warning, which added more delay and confusion. While the payment and invoicing were as straightforward as expected, that part was the only relief in the process. The telephonic support was available but didn't speed things up much. Overall, putting so many extra hours into just running the basic software made me question whether this system would fit into a busy daily schedule. I really hoped for a smoother experience but it kept dragging on without noticeable improvement.

Training took effort but was more challenging than I expected

I had some clear ideas about the training from the start, expecting it to be fairly straightforward with step-by-step guidance. It did provide a decent foundation, especially during the initial onboarding parts where dialing tools and database usage were explained. However, the real effort came from applying that knowledge to live situations. Some areas required repeated practice and troubleshooting that wasn’t fully covered in the modules, which was a bit unexpected. On the other hand, the training content matched the system features quite well, so once I got past the tricky parts, it felt like everything was aligned with what was promised. The ongoing learning curve was manageable but needed consistent attention. So, it was more challenging than anticipated but reasonable, especially given the complexity of managing remote workflows.

training part that was kinda okay

So I started the training thinking it would be pretty helpful but honestly, by the end I wasnt that confident about using the software fully. The onboarding was kinda rushed and I felt like some important stuff was just glossed over. I did like the way the dialer was shown though, it seemed like a handy tool that could make calls easier, but I wasnt too sure how to set it up properly. The database feature was explained but not deeply enough for me to feel comfortable using it alone. Also the automatic updates started happening without much notice, which was a bit confusing. The telephonic support was available but I didnt feel like getting the help was straightforward, so I just tried figuring things out myself. The invoice and payment process was simple enough, no issues there. Overall I felt the training could have been laid out better so I wouldnt be left with doubts. Despite that, the dialer portion stood out as useful and something id like to explore more, once I get better guidance or practice on it. Just not sure the current training helped build that confidence fully for me.

From the start, I found the training and onboarding process really difficult to navigate. The materials were scattered across different sections, so I couldn’t easily find what I was looking for. I hoped the dialer tool instructions would be clear, but they weren’t, which slowed me down a lot. The database feature also felt complicated without proper walkthroughs, and the automatic updates seemed to change things without warning, making it harder to keep up. What made it worse was that calling support and trying to get answers over the phone took too long and wasn’t very helpful. I ended up feeling frustrated and confused about how to use the software effectively. The moment it all clicked simply didn’t come for me, and instead I felt stuck trying to make sense of a system that should have been more straightforward for new users like me.

Training was okay but involved some waiting and repetition

I went through the available training material with the intent to quickly get myself up to speed on using the remote workflow software and features like the dialer and database. While the training covered everything quite thoroughly, I noticed that some sections felt repetitive, with overlapping explanations that slowed the learning pace. Additionally, at several points, I had to wait for automated updates or for system processes to complete which introduced pauses without much to do in between. Despite these interruptions, I found the overall structure straightforward and the instructions clear. If I were to undertake this training again, I would do so, but I would budget more time to accommodate these waiting periods and to refresh through parts I already covered. The experience was not overly difficult, but it wasn’t as seamless or rapid as I had hoped, which is important if you want to get started quickly with your remote workflow tasks.

some good points but mostly confusing onboarding

I found the training and onboarding quite frustrating honestly. The labels used in the software weren’t very intuitive and it made me feel lost sometimes. Like, I was trying to follow the steps but kept wondering if I was missing something because the wording was kinda off. I appreciate that the video tutorials were there, but the instructions were sometimes too technical or just didn’t match what I saw on screen. It felt like a lot of jargon without clear explanation, which slowed me down a lot. On the plus side, the sign-up and payment process was straightforward and the interface is clean looking. But for someone new, the onboarding and training part could definitely be improved with clearer language and simpler terms. I expected it to be easier to get started from what I read on the website but honestly, I had to spend extra time figuring out what certain buttons actually did. Different naming or clearer tooltips would help a lot. So yeah, some promise but overall pretty disappointing experience for me.

Onboarding ke ek step mein clear mess-up tha

Jab main training start kar raha tha toh onboarding ka ek particular step - database setup - clearly achha handle nahi hua. Mujhe pata nahi tha ki uske baad kya karna hai aur instructions bhi confusing thi. Baaki steps ke baare mein kuch kehna mushkil hai, kyunki unka koi clear structure ya timeline mujhe samajh mein nahi aaya. Support se phone par baat karne mein bhi dikkat hui, response slow tha. Lekin dialer feature toh kam se kam sahi chal raha tha, usmein problem nahi thi. Overall, onboarding mein thoda coordination ka issue laga, jis wajah se main confident feel nahi kar raha tha, aur kaam start karne mein delay hua.

Onboarding was mostly as expected, but a step felt out of place

The training and onboarding process at WFHI felt quite logical overall and followed a sensible order. I appreciated starting with the basics before progressing to more complex features, which made the experience smooth. The initial training modules introduced the software functionality well and matched what I was hoping for in terms of pacing. However, when it came to the dialer setup, it seemed to be presented earlier than necessary — it would have made more sense to have that after mastering the database features and calling basics. This made me feel a bit overwhelmed at that stage. But the support materials were clear, so I was able to adjust. The onboarding flow is polite and well-structured, more thorough than I expected but not too long, making it suitable for someone who wants a systematic introduction without rushing.
