Felt surprisingly easy despite some bumps
When I first ran into a snag with the WFHI software, I wasn’t sure how it would go. Usually, things go downhill when problems pop up, but here I found the overall experience quite decent. I had some issues with the dialer joining calls properly—sometimes the connection would drop or the audio was sketchy. I tried reaching out for support, and while the response wasn’t instant, they did eventually guide me through a few troubleshooting steps. It felt like a bit of back and forth before the issue resolved, but nothing too frustrating. The automatic updates were a double-edged sword – they fixed some bugs but sometimes introduced minor quirks of their own. I’m still not entirely sure if those little hiccups were worth it, but in the big picture, the software stayed mostly reliable. The database feature worked fine for storing contact details and calling history, which helped me keep track easily even when calls didn’t go right. Overall, I’d say the whole thing felt surprisingly easy to manage, given the usual complexity with such remote work tools. Even though there were bumps, I never felt stuck or lost during the process, which counts for a lot when you’re not physically in an office environment.
