Honestly, jumping into the software was way easier than I thought it’d be. I just opened the dashboard and straight away found the calls section without digging through twenty menus or anything. Even the database search felt quick and responsive, made my whole day less chaotic. I was expecting to waste some time figuring out where stuff was. But nope, it’s all pretty laid out, feels like it works with how I wanna move around. Not to mention, the automatic updates kept things fresh so I didn’t have to babysit or wonder if I missed new features. It’s like they thought about how users actually try to find things. Totally impressed.
